Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients 

  • 100 grams oats 
  • 50 grams quinoa 
  • 50 grams brown rice 
  • ½ cup milk 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • Salt 
  • Water 
  • Chia seed (optional)
  • Toppings: - 
    • Blueberries
    • Bananas (Cut)

Methods :

  • First, to grind whole oats, quinoa, and brown rice together in a dry blender into a bristly flour. 
  • Heat up the skillet, pour the milk with honey and stir it up. Let it boil for about 2-3minutes.
  • Pour the grind ingredients into the boiling milk for about another 2 – 3 minutes.
  • After, the oatmeal mixture thickened, set aside. Let it cool. 
  • Lastly, top with slice banana and blueberries to look like a teddy – bear’s face. 
  • Serve immediately.
