Main Ingredients

  • 1 can rasgullas (10 to 15 pieces)
  • 4 cups milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • A few saffron strands soaked in ¼ cup warm of milk
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Pistachio

Instructions:

  • 1. Boil milk in non- stick pan, stir continuously and then add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder.
  • 2. Set aside to cool.
  • 3. Gently squeeze rasgullas and soak with milk.
  • 4. Check sweetness of the milk and add sweet water from the can if required.
  • 5. Serve warm or cold with a garnish of finely chopped pistachio or saffron of your choice.
